WOMEN IN GAMES GLOBAL CONFERENCE

Brief

To produce the Women in Games Global Conference, a two day virtual event, part of the organisations festival program.

ROLE

Lead conference producer responsible for project timings, resource planning, speaker communication & team training, artwork production, 3rd party contracting & management, all event day logistics.

RESULT

Two days, 24hrs of content, 86 Speakers from all over the world, 1,000 attendees with an average consumer engagement time of 6hrs.
